The operating agreement for your use of RedHotSave platforms, affiliate network participation, and performance marketing compliance.

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing RedHotSave, AffiliatingMarketing.com, or any associated platforms operated by RHS Network Marketing LLC, you agree to these terms. If you use our affiliate network, managed services, or domain infrastructure, these terms govern that relationship.

02Affiliate Network Compliance

To maintain a high-quality network, all partners must adhere to standard performance marketing regulations. You agree not to engage in fraudulent clicks, unauthorized bidding on branded keywords, or misleading ad copy. All campaigns must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines. We monitor traffic quality in real time to protect the ecosystem and our partners' earnings.

03Payouts & Revenue Share

Affiliate partners receive recurring monthly commissions between 30% and 50% based on their tier. We process payouts on a net-30 schedule, with a minimum earning threshold of $50. We do not clawback earnings for honest mistakes. If a dispute arises regarding a payout, our team will provide transparent dashboard data to resolve it.

04Prohibited Activities

Partners must not run campaigns on unauthorized traffic sources, use deceptive redirects, or promote offers via spam. You cannot misrepresent our offers or make income claims that violate advertising standards. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.

05Intellectual Property

We grant partners a temporary, non-exclusive license to use our landing pages, ad swipes, and tracking links for approved campaigns. All proprietary technology, domain assets, and machine-learning optimization rules remain the property of RHS Network Marketing LLC.

06Limitation of Liability

We provide our platforms and services on an as-is basis. We are not liable for lost profits, ad account bans, or platform algorithm shifts. You are responsible for your own ad spend and business decisions.

How does the performance commission model work?
