GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Each party shall be responsible for their own costs associated with the arbitration.

These terms and conditions, together with any additional policies or guidelines posted on the RedHotSave website, constitute the entire agreement between the user and RHS Network Marketing LLC regarding the use of the website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the user and RHS Network Marketing LLC.
